Hello! Here is a reshade for State of Decay 2. This reshade is changing some lighting effects and colors.
- Permissions and credits
It is just standard Reshade install, you will only need to delete reshade-shaders folder and place mine reshade-shaders folder instead. In details:
1 - You will need latest Reshade from Reshade.me Choose DirectX 10/11/12. Also install all effect packages.
2 - After that go to the game directory, for Steam it is - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\StateOfDecay2\StateOfDecay2\Binaries\Win64 delete reshade-shaders folder and then place my reshade-shaders folder instead, also place "Days Gone Reshade" inside the game directory.
3 - Then open the game, let all shaders compile and after that open Reshade menu by "home" button on numpad. On the top of this Reshade menu just select my "Days Gone Reshade" if it didn't load automatically.
Note: If you have problems with FPS turn off "Reflective Bumpmapping" in Reshade menu, it will not change visuals a lot, it just makes grass more soft.
