SoD Tools is a multi-tool that is currently still in development, and is updated frequently. More will be added. Currently it allows the extraction of single PAK files, or entire folders and/or directories of PAK files, and has an xml editor built in as well as an XML exporter for exporting to BMD. Compatible with YOSE & Classic

Code that anyone can use with UL's tools to add alternative means of increasing characters' wits skill, since many people already have a preferred set of changes to their Expertise.XML file. Back it up first for safety, make these changes to the XML as you want, then convert edited xml to BMD.
