About this mod
A new look for Gurubani, replaces Gurubani or Sam Hoffman.
If you want it can replace other heroes too check the text that comes with the mod.

A VERY NON INTRUSIVE MOD:
the whole mod is just some extra folders in your "game" folder and it does not
touch any original game files. so your game will not break at all.
You want to revert changes it's easy, check uninstallation.
It turns Gurubani or Sam Hoffman in to "Punk Girl".
I have heard Gurubani Kaur is one of the characters people like to
play most in State Of Decay, so here is an alternative version for her.
Her scars shine in the dark like zombie eyes.
Comes in 2 versions
With Blue Eyes
Or regular Gurubani eye color.

Install Use vortex!
Or manually install by extracting the 7zip file to your base state of decay folder.
To Uninstall Use vortex again!
Or manually uninstall by simply deleting the characters folder under game in your base state of decay folder.
The mod adds a new folder to your game folder called characters, it was not there before. so you can safely delete it unless
you have other character mods you don't want to lose, in that case just look for game/characters/female/human/story_characters and delete
the sam_hoffman.cdf file, if you used the Gurubani replacement version than the previous path is instead game/characters/female/human/body/elephant_jacket and delete the elephant_jacket.cdf file, than navigate to game/characters/female/human/heads and delete the folder named "gurubani_kaur_alt" and it is uninstalled.
FURTHER DETAILS:
This mod also adds 4 hair colours i have created, to change to another one of my colours you must modify the cdf file with a notepad.
It is not too hard i further explain it in a txt accompanied by the mod when you download it.
This specific mod adds a new color to my previous hair colours, the white color for females, because they apparently did not
Have any white coloured hair.
You may also substitute any other hero preferably female character(because of the voice) in the story mode most are playable in breakdown as well,
I added a txt to the download where you can read about how to do that, again, just easy modifying if you want to do it.
Requirements:
For Sam Hoffman replacement version you can use it right away.
But for the Gurubani replacement version of the mod requires you to have the bonus survivor call or have Gurubani Kaur unlocked for your game, don't worry it's simple read bellow.
you could do that by transferring a save from xbox360 or the old version of state of decay
but these are no longer sold.
So as an alternative you can download my mod "Unlock Gurubani Kaur YOSE ONLY FOR BREAKDOWN"
if you had not unlocked Gurubani ever than you have to start a new game in breakdown first
before the call starts appearing, the call only appears after you move in to a house.
This mod is for YOSE version of the game only, since it uses Gurubani's head wich was only added on YOSE. all it does is substitute
this character by utilising a text file to point the game to different resources and adds some new textures and mtl files that do not touch
any resources in the game.
If you use Sam version and call Gurubani she might have slightly lighter skin but that's it.
