This tunes all living quarters to a capacity of 80 beds. This should enable even large scale amounts of survivors to be in your HQ.
THIS MOD WILL CONFLICT WITH: Any mod that uses facilities.xml or facilities.bmd (THIS CURRENTLY DOES NOT INCLUDE MY OTHER MODS!)
This mod was a special request to utilize part of my other mods... and soon my other mods which include other tweaks will be updated.
To manually add this to your game which I HIGHLY suggest as NMM isn't really working well for most folks... drop the facilities.xml in the rts folder or drop the zip contents into your main game folder.

Steam\steamapps\common\State of Decay YOSE\Game\libs\class3.2\rts\facilities.xml
