This is two mods put together to unlock the Milo, Gurubani, Prepper Pack, give free radio, give starter gear, and resources to get you started.

UPDATE v1.1: This update adds the code to spawn Gurubani and Milo (Bare in mind I said SPAWN them... meaning they won't appear at your enclave if they're already in the world... they may be a part of another enclave that has already spawned!) into the game on the same code so people can play with both now instead of one or the other. I haven't tested this whether it'll work if you start as Gurubani or Milo... but honestly it's best not to since you know you're gonna get them later.
This is a mix of the YOSE BREAKDOWN Start with gear mod due to the fact it uses the same xml. This mod will allow you to use the radio for free with a 1 second cooldown on all actions. This will unlock the Prepper's Pack which is in the Extras Channel. This will start you with the Firefighter, Sports, Easter Egg, CLEO, and some Rare weapons, guns, a fair bit of ammo, and several lower back backpacks including the back to school backpack. In order to unlock the Prepper's Pack and why it wouldn't unlock... the code was never put into Breakdown... so I manually added it.
I've included 10000 influence (which will RAPIDLY disappear so use it or lose it), 150 food, 100 ammo, 100 medicine, 100 fuel, and 500 materials which should enable you to start anywhere quickly and get you playing the quests as fast as possible... because let's be honest... Lily isn't gonna waste time to start nagging you.
Obviously this mod will conflict with any other mod that uses rtsevents.xml and/or radiooptions.xml
