This mod no longer works and neither does Easy Hero Unlocker by BIZ - I think it needs a more recent update than Feb 2021 when it is now end of July 2021
Extract the zip. Inside the is the game[folder], inside that folder is libs[folder]. Copy libs[folder], then go to your State of decay YOSE installed directory [example d:\games\ State of decay Year one edition\]. Open Game Folder [a folder, in your State of decay Yose], Paste the libs[folder, a folder from the downloaded zip file] Done.
Probably this how I run things when inistalling. I (suggest to) use this on a clean installed YOSE to unlock the all character, on the first go. Play the game a little bit until the Characters are all unlock [pop up icon the on the lower right, The Brawler, The Police, bla,bla,bla. When finished. SAVE and QUIT the game. Delete the expertise.win.bmd and expertise inside the [Game installed Directory]\Game\libs\class3.1\rts. To avoid conflicts on order mods that uses the same file. Paste the mods that I like. Run the game, Hit the new game, all characters unlock.
Load your current save play a bit (must past the 10sec mark, same as Easy Hero Unlocker by BIZ) and start a new game.
Just remember, make sure the expertise.win.bmd and expertise.xml haven't been overwritten by other mods that tweaks expertise.win.bmd and expertise.xml (ex. Extended function mod).
