This mod adds the option to create Flares to the Workshop facility, along with all its variants (e.g. Warehouse, Builtin, etc). Currently, it is set to make 5 Flares at the cost of 1 Fuel and 5 Influence in 5 Minutes. See Readme for more details, including how to make this mod compatible with other mods and/or how to recreate this mod yourself. XML files included.
