About this mod
Replaces the regular red lightsaber blade with Darth Maul's red double-bladed lightsaber.
Also gives the Darth Maul costume his proper long lightsaber hilt to match the blades.
- Permissions and credits
The double-bladed lightsaber is fully functional and bug-free, as long as you're playing as the Darth Maul costume.
Due to TFU1's file layout, i've only been able to accomplish this as a replacement for the regular red lightsaber blade - meaning that using the red lightsaber colour for any costume besides Darth Maul looks quite wrong (including my Darth Vader costume mod, meaning that it's best to install this Darth Maul mod alone) - but on the Darth Maul costume it works perfectly.
It's recommended to back up your files before installing this mod, so that you can uninstall it on demand. Though you can also "Verify Integrity of Game Files" through steam, however you wish.
Installation:
Place the following files into the game directory, in the "LevelPacks" folder, and overwrite the original files:
gp_pc.lp
playerdarthmaul.actor.xml_pc.lp
And you're done!

Check out the "Articles" tab of this mod for some miscellaneous info, it attempts to somewhat explain how this mod was made (and what certain files do and how to change them to achieve certain things). It's not much but i figured it might be helpful to someone who'd rather not trial-and-error their way through this shit manually.
I've also put the source files for this mod up for download if anyone's interested, maybe it'll help someone interested in modding the game this way.
