Replaces the Jedi Order Logo loading screen with Palpatine Laughing from Revenge of the Sith.
Just unzip the folder and place "Default_Startup_Loop.mp4" in the movies folder; should be around here F:\EA Games\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Content\Movies (I used a custom install location).
I got the Palpatine video from https://socialfinds.xyz/palpatine-laugh/ and I used https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/merge-videos to merge copies of the video to deal with some "under the hood" replay counter that would stop the video after so many replays.
