This mod offers variations of skin, eye and hair colors.

30 Eye colors

To an extend this is compatible with my Female Jedi mod (just don't select a skin color)
Installation
Very much recommend installing with Vortex,
when installing you'll be able to select desired
options and see previews for everything.
It's a very tedious project to test, not everything's been verified.
Let me know if something doesn't work.
