Can you please tell us how to convert to .pak? I am using the Unreal Pak creator but it's not working.

  Making a modded .pak file involves breaking the encryption of the original .pak archive, so I can't tell you how to do it here, but there are some forums on the internet if you want to learn. A link to the .pak file I'm using in the screenshot can be found in the comments section of the Better Call Cal mod page.
  
  The author will release v3.0 as .pak file format. I hope others follow the same trend.
