About this mod
This a custom text mod for the Anakin Replacer known as "Pretty Movie Accurate Mace Windu" It overhauls the descriptions, emote names, and wording so that Mace feels more like a natural character within the game. It takes care of some of the remaining mentions of Anakin and text errors in the game in the pretty "Pretty Movie Accurate Mace Windu"

This is just a text edit mod. This is not a cosmetic character swapper mod. You can download the Pretty Movie Accurate Mace Windu right here:

add this text mod AFTER the Mace Windu mod and other mods that may modify text. Otherwise, it will not work.

The context behind this mod was that I noticed in the " Pretty Movie Accurate Mace Windu" Mod there were still some mentions of Anakin and some text errors (such as both Mace Windu's and Obi-Wan's robed appearances listed as "Master Windu" or the general Windu Skin talking about Anakin's blue-red general outfit). I toyed around with the Frosty editor and Localicer*, pulled interesting bits from Mace's Wookipedia page, and made this text mod for this Mace Windu Mod:

If you want to make your text edits to this mod, I will make the chunk file available. Please consult with the Frosty modding community Discord on how to mod the game.
I will not be taking requests at this time nor will I be making edits to this mod unless there is a significant error that irks me. I am currently in a position where I need to spend more hours at work and at grad school. I may open up commissions in the future, especially if I decide to continue to learn how to mod (and if my computer can handle it), so please feel free to directly message me if interested.
For now, I hope you enjoy the text mod with the Mace Windu mod and I hope you get inspired to make your own mods too.

How I made this mod:
1. First you export the chunk file for the localization file (for the English one it should be a long string of characters that starts w/ 722)
2. Download Localicer.exe on nexus
3. Open up the chunk file in Localicer.exe and make your edits. (I used the Battlefront 2 wiki as a reference to look up the exact descriptions, words, and names I wanted to replace.)
4. Save the chunk file and import it into Nexus. Go to right-click on the chunk file and properties of the chunk. Copy the size of the file in bytes and paste it into the Binary chunk file size without the common
5. Go to view> Localized string editor on Frosty editor and type up your text edits again just as you did in the Localicer.exe
6. Save your work as an FB project and as an FBMOD. when you upload the FBMOD to Frosty mod manager it should say under the "Affected files section that both the "Localization English file" and the chunk file you edited.
Disclaimer: I am not a coder nor do I know 100 percent how Frosty works. In fact, I just looked at some of the features on Frosty and figured it out by guessing. I would recommend you consult with Frosty Discord, Frosty Devs, or others for advice. I can try to help, but modding nor being part of the modding community is a priority for me (especially since I work on a comic as a writer and artist, I help out as a family caregiver, I host games as a dungeon master, and am I studying to become a counselor), so do not expect me to respond soon or often. Still, I hope you enjoy this mod :)
