Makes Luke's default skin resemble his appearance in the promotional poster.

I don't think anyone has made this yet so I decided to give it a try, this is the best I could do.
-Contains hooded and unhooded variant.
-Both files replace default skin, they can't be used together.
-Requires Frosty 1.0.6
-Due to how this mod works, Hoth skin is now helmetless and sporting Luke's default hairstyle.
