Add the Incinerator Trooper from the Mandalorian as a new reinforcement for the empire

Abilities-
Imperial Flame Trooper- A flame thrower that is more powerful than the first orders but overheats faster
Implosive Charge- A powerful incendiary explosive that will blind enemies within the blast radius
Projectile Toggle- A specialised mode that will allow the incinerator trooper to fire a fiery projectiles
Advanced Personal Shield- An advance personal shield that will is made for getaways, the shield will protect and grant the player a speed boost for a short period of time.
This mod uses IAO Darkside Reinforcement slot 16
