NOT MP SAFE!
Turns the Officer's Homing Shot into a Homing Thermal Imploder Launcher.
Also, it does no damage to you and has unlimited ammo.
There's also a few small changes to the homing shot mechanics, such as the lock-in speed, but I'll spare you the boring details of that.
