About this mod

2 Versions:
1.) Replace all trooper death screams with ONLY the "Wilhelm scream" or
2.) Increase the frequency that the "Wilhelm scream" can be heard

Permissions and credits
Just something dumb I came up with to pass the time.

Yes, both versions are multiplayer safe.

VERSION 1
Replaces all trooper death screams with variations of the classic "Wilhelm scream" that has appeared throughout Star Wars media.
All of the variations I used for this mod come from this video.

VERSION 2
Increases the frequency that you hear the "Wilhelm scream" from trooper deaths enough for it to be noticeable, but still not overused.
No trooper death sounds are replaced. The "Wilhelm scream" is already in the game by default, this version of the mod simply increases how often you hear it.
v1.1 of this version of the mod has been updated to work on Frosty 1.0.5.9 so you DON'T need the Frosty Alpha 1.0.5.10

More info on Version 2 for those who care about stats and other nerd stuff:

The vanilla game uses both a "variation" system and a "weight" system to prevent the same sound clips from playing too often (i.e. making sure you don't hear the same sound clip 3 times in a row). For death screams, most sound clips are weighted at 100, with 1 being very rare to hear in-game and 100 being the most common sound clips you'd hear in-game. Death screams also have a variation value of 7, meaning if you hear a death sound, then you won't hear the same exact sound clip until at least another 6 death sounds play first.

There are 4 variations of the "Wilhelm scream" in the base game, and each one has a weight of 3, so that means each one has a 3% chance of being heard in-game when a character dies, right? Wrong. With the variation system also in place, and considering that there are 95 different sound clips that can play for male troopers (most of which are weighted at 100), it's possible that you may never hear the fabled "Wilhelm scream" for hours at a time.

That's why I decided to make Version 2 of this mod. I wanted to be able to hear the stupid screams more often, but maybe not with every single death like in Version 1. After playtesting for a while, I've found a comfortable balance between hearing the screams too little and too much. In a 1v10 Arcade match where I got 100 kills, I heard the "Wilhelm screams" 8 times.
