Changes Palpatine's lightning color in the one you want :)

This Mod gives Palpatine 8 Lightning colors. You can choose wich one you want by downloading the right one. Or you can download all and choose in the Mod manager :)

Ps: Brown is a bit laggy, it looks a bit like a darker Yellow, i'll fix this in the next update :D
