dual DC-17 is a sidearm(flash pistol ability), increased default rate of firm and damage. DC-17 changes do not affect ARC trooper only Commander. Also added discount Bly.
Currently the mod can be used to import Commander Cody(Finn) to the Clone Wars and it uses the Phase 2 ARC trooper Skin which can be used as Rex.
It is a complete overhaul of the wookie warrior new ability and weapon loadouts.
