Changes Finn into the ARC Trooper. This should be compatible with most, if not all ARC Trooper mods.

MOD DETAILS:
This mod replaces Finn with the ARC Trooper, with the intent of allowing photographers to get more creative with their ARC shots. To use this with another ARC mod, you must first look at the ARC Trooper and then at Finn, or else it won't work.
I've also decided to include a DC-15A over EL-16 file, for more immersive pictures. However, DO NOT use this online, as there is a chance you will get banned.
