At the moment the buildings do not appear in the Urban Areas of Naboo or they do but there is no sky lighting or panoramic textures, but the palace has perfect lighting and all, so that's why there are no other locations other than the palace. If I work out how to get the buildings back or get the lighting to work correctly, I will create an Urban Naboo Frontend.
