You're right. I've been trying to figure this out for hours and found out that it is this mod and Better Flames. My only guess to why is it has something to do with the small cylinder-like generators around that produce lightning and the flames laying around. But according to Dulana57, creator of Better Flames, he said "Seems to be a bundle issue". So this is currently unfixable since nobody has found a way to edit bundles without crashing the game.
