For nearly all of history, Manadalore was a society of warriors. Mandalorians would be trained in combat from a young age, and because of this, they would become known as the fiercest warriors in the galaxy. However, when Satine Kryze became Duchess of Mandalore, things changed. Satine was a pacifist, and her goal was to turn Mandalore into a planet of peace. While many accepted this, there were many Mandalorians who felt that being Warriors is a key part of Mandalore's culture, and some took this belief to the extreme. One of these extremists was Pre Vizsla, who led the terrorist group known as Death Watch.
