EARLY EMPIRE VS. CLONE REBELLION - EARLY EMPIRE

Features:
 - MP Safe!
 - Text edits that replace mentions of the First Order with Early Empire where appropriate.
 - Replaces First Order weapons with Republic weapons
 - Replaces Captain Phasma's voice, sounds, and music with that of a clone

 - All 4 basic classes have new skins and appearances
 - Flametrooper = Crosshair's Elite Squad Trooper
 - Jet Trooper = Crosshair's Elite Squad Trooper
 - Sith Trooper = Clone Commando

 - Captain Phasma = Scorch

Updates to expect:
 - Fixed jetpack fx (As soon as I figure out how.  Help would be appreciated)
 - Darth Vader replacing Kylo Ren (Kind of weighing on if Vader gets an appearance in The Bad Batch Season 3)
 - Imperial Clone Commander Cody replacing Scorch (Captain Phasma) - (If I can find the time to make it)
 - Various PM/IA Mods regarding the Early Empire

Known Issues:
I have yet to figure out how to modify the jet trooper jetpack fx so if anyone knows how to do that, please if you could shoot me a message on discord I would be very grateful.  I will fix this issue as soon as I know how.
 - Any other issues please let me know and I will clear them up as soon as possible
