About this image

You might need to zoom in.

I still recommend going by the load order the original creators of these mods stated. This is just what worked for me.

NOTICE: ALL COSMETIC MODS ARE ABOVE IAOXL. That goes for character cosmetics, force cosmetics (force electric color), and skyboxes/lighting.

NOTICE: ALL GAMEPLAY MODS ARE BELOW IAOXL (except for Battlefront gameplay rework). Loading gameplay rework below instant action makes my game crash. Putting it all the way the top works perfectly.

Once again this is just what worked for me. My way of doing it is NOT a proper way of doing it. This is just what worked for me with my 200+ mods loaded.

The drama off of one LO screenshot lol. But nah, I'm just curious to know if it still works for you after all this time? And do you even still bother since that's a LO level of a skyrim or even FO4 load out amount to just stop after putting so much time sorting it etc :D

Yeah I don't even know where to begin. The amount of mods on here that conflict with BF+, are completely redundant with it, or are just flat-out broken entirely on their own, some even all of the above...
This load order is a complete disaster from top to bottom and I sincerely hope nobody follows it.

Once again this is not a tutorial, or a "follow this order for your game to work". As I stated many times this is just what worked for me, and yes it is stable for me

Hi Do you know where I should put it?

    :C
I installed a Crosshair Hub mod and the Bossk sight doesn't work for me, maybe that's how you know if the Crosshair Hub is placed under the skins. in list mode? Or do you know if there is a tutorial on how to order the mods according to the list?

Probably loading it below. A different bossk mod may be conflicting. Not sure though.

The order for gameplay stuff is on the bottom row (except for gameplay rework). Cosmetics are at the top.

Hi cheers again for releasing this So am I right in saying That IAOXL goes above every PM/IA Character. Because originally I would put IAOXL above everything, the game would  launch fine I would start a supremacy round and in the character selection it would only show the default heros no PM/IA characters appear to select.

Yes IAOXL goes above the PM/IA heroes & reinforcements.

Ok, So with doing this does the Mod allow to play as the PM/IA heros in Instant Action Supremacy as thats the mode I can't seem to get to work correctly.

Ah Ok Does it add new hero slots or does it replace the default hero's, Mine still shows the default heros with no PM/IA characters added

New slots for heroes. Make sure you have the new version of frosty. Follow the instructions for Battlefront Plus.

The Version of Frosty Im using is v1.0.6.2, TBH I dont know where Ive gone wrong as Ive got the PM/IA Characters below IAOXL and Have IA Gameplay Rework Above IAOXL. In game when I start a supremacy match no modded heros appear let alone new hero slots. I saw somewhere that the mod creator Mophead01 stated that new slots couldn't be added so Im sorta confused, again cheers for messaging back I just wanna really wanna get IAOXL to work with PM/IA Characters.

Placing the Rework above IAO XL breaks certain additions and causes conflicts. Expanded is also not compatible with Battlefront Plus despite the description on the former's mod page (edit: description has just been updated) - there is a pinned post on both mod pages clarifying the two are not compatible.
If you are to run BF+ offline, the order should simply go as placing gameplay mods at the bottom of your load order, with IAO or IAO XL and then the latest version of the Battlefront Plus - IAO (XL) collection immediately below it, with absolutely no other gameplay mods.
If custom characters appear at the menu but not in-game, note that they are era-locked and that IAO XL's custom faction selectors do not support custom characters at all. They will only appear in their respective eras and if you are using the default faction options.

Holy Crap this whole time I've been an Idiot and didn't properly read that the faction selector had to be on default, Cheers for the clear up mate.

Rework doesn't break anything when I put it at the top. This is just in my own experience. I have upwards to 50 external gameplay mods aside from battlefront plus loaded. So yes, if you do not have the exact same mods as me loaded, please follow the devs instructions on the original page.
Gonna add this to the description.

Rework doesn't break anything when I put it at the top
Yes it does and I'd know because I made it. The Rework makes extensive changes to the Kits and GPs of the autoplayers - in laymen's terms, it heavily edits the AI loadouts. IAO and IAO XL also make adjustments to those files, therefor having the Rework at the top will completely erase those changes to the AI loadouts, meaning you won't see them using a mix of weapons and abilities, nor will the reinforcements have their reworked kits.
Placing the Rework below IAO or IAO XL works fine. Your load order, however, is very much not.

reworks probably breaks if you put it at the bottom thanks to all the conflicting mods you have

That's exactly what happens CT lol. I wasn't at all saying it's a flaw in the creators design. Literally I don't know how many times I have to say this; this load order is just what worked for me.

    • Battlefront Gameplay Rework needs to go below IAO XL, otherwise all changes to the autoplayer loadouts will be overwritten by the latter.
    • First Order Overhaul, First Order Gear, and Empire's Order would all cause conflicts with New Appearances - Troopers. Best option is to remove them.
    • Crimson Dawn Maul is already available as a new skin slot and is more optimized from the original mod in New Appearances - Heroes. Best option is to remove it.
    • Imperial Army Overhaul would cause conflicts with New Appearances - Troopers. Use Soul's Retouched Stormtroopers and/or Film Accurate Stormtroopers, or use Rogue One Stormtrooper Overhaul with the Battlefront Plus patch.
    • Armored Officers would cause conflicts and is redundant with New Appearances - Troopers. Best option is to remove it.
    • White Pauldron Armored Officer is incorporated into, thus redundant, with New Appearances - Troopers. Best option is to remove it.
    • Ortho's 4k Clones is extremely broken even on its own, to the point which Ortho himself does not suggest using it, and it would cause conflicts with New Appearances - Troopers. Use only Improved Clones or Movie Clone Troopers instead, not all three or even two of them.
    • BetterFlames would cause crashing with Battlefront Gameplay Rework. Download the Battlefront Plus Compatible version from the same page instead.
    • Battlefront II Remastered, Y wing's lighting rework, and Zatmospheric Lighting all do the same thing, whichever is at the bottom will overwrite all that come previously. Zatmospheric Lighting was made modular to allow use with other lighting mods, but you are running every option except for Hoth, rendering Y wing's lighting rework and all but 1 map from Battlefront II Remastered redundant.
    • Aviator's Galactic Spawnscreens has issues on its own. Use No Holograms Remastered instead.
    • SWBFII - IA Battlepoint Unit Cost Free "CHEAT" would conflict with IAO XL, which already comes with a slider for adjusting the cost of heroes and reinforcements. Best option is to remove it.
    • SmallerHUD causes heavy conflicts with IAO XL. Best option is to remove it and avoid any mods that expand the options menu when using IAO or IAO XL.
    • Battlefront Expanded and Battlefront Plus are not compatible with each other. Use one or the other.
    • PM/IA Infinite Corpses V2 is very broken on its own and would cause conflicts with Battlefront Gameplay Rework. Best option is to remove it.
    • Movie Clone Troopers patches for IAO XL and Battlefront Plus would cause issues and inconsistencies when not using Movie Clone Troopers or using other Clone Trooper mods. Best option is to use Movie Clone Troopers or remove the patches.
    • It is an extraordinarily bad idea to run Battlefront Plus with any other gameplay mods aside from IAO XL due to the sweeping changes made by both mods. In fact, those two working together at all is a bit of a miracle.

Mate, I appreciate the insight, I really do. But this order works for me and I experience 0 crashes, don't know how it's possible. Just many hours of moving stuff around. This was only to show my load order because someone asked of me to. Not a tutorial or anything lol.

Ortho's 4k Clone Legions Overhaul is not broken. This is a common misconception people had before when there was a memory limit with Frosty Mod Manager. It only modifies Clone Trooper assets. Perhaps the gear heaping might causes issues with whatever single-player mods people are using now which add new Clone Troopers modifying with vanilla assets.
