As seen in the wrath of khan. Found in the game files, now overrides the TOS transporter effect, now all your TOS captains have this beam in - out sound effect!
Installation: Place the folder "sound" from the ZIP archive into your game installation "localdata" folder. It should look like this: "...…..\Star Trek Online\Live\localdata"
