Is there a way to just get the ships from this mod and use for quick battle without any of the other stuff?

Is there a way to use some kind of a mod or something to play in 1920x1080?

Hey there! I installed this mod, and the Galaxy Charts mod, because I'm a huge nerd and I wanted a cool Star Trek simulator to play around with, and I ended up finding a list with this mod and many others. The thing is when I installed this mod, and Galaxy Charts with the fix, the game goes fullscreen, but it's a black screen with only the mouse icon in it. What in the name of Scotty's poor bairns happened there?

this mod already uses a modified version of galaxy charts, installing the original galaxy charts mod breaks everything

Does anyone know if there is a way to save the game with this mod? I'm not noticing any autosaves happening and there doesn't seem to be a save button. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Awesome mod btw!

I would really appreciate any help to get this mod to run.

I installed it on a clean BC 1.1 install, followed the instructions, and the game crashes when i click the "Embark" button. I think it is a Problem with the mod's files because both BC unmodded 1.1 and the Kobayashi Maru mod are running just fine.

Here is in detail what i did to install it:

    1. BC 1.1 clean Setup
    2. BCMI foundation install
    3. Copied mod files to the BC directory
    4. Copied Plugin files to BCMI directory
    5. BCMI setup the Game Mode "DS9-Late"
    6. Set STBC.exe to compatibility mode "Win XP Service Pack 3", disable DPI scaling
    7. Run STBC.exe

at this point the game starts with a black screen and a sound can be heared that sounds startrek-ish like succesfull. When i now press ESC it dops me to the game menu where i click "Embark", after that the Loading Screen comes up, a startrek-ish Errorsound can be heard and the game crashes to the Desktop.

Does anyone have ANY Ideas on how to fix this or what im doing wrong?

The description says this is a standalone mod, so does that mean that I can play the mod without Bridge Commander or does that mean something else?

To the mod author... Since it's so large, and in 4 parts, would you have any objection to sharing it as a torrent (I would happily seed) and/or sharing it via Google Drive as a mirror? I don't know if this is allowed or not on Nexus, but it would certainly have made my life easier. I'd even be willing to upload the mod on my Google Drive and give you the link if you didn't want to waste your own space. I'd happily help setup all the above, just to make it easier for future installs and for future people, so they don't have to wait for hours for the files to download or pay for Nexus membership...
