Improved fleet ships movements

Automatically forms Tetrahedron, Claw or Hex depending on fleet size. Increase fleet ships speed proportional to ship class. Make ships move away from you if getting too close. Push ships away if they can't move away fast enough. Fleet ships T-drive to you if too far, costs 35k $.

* Installation
Perform mod unpack with mod manager located in game folder.
Activate mod.
Works with other mods, except don't use together with the ProxCon within RanysEnrichmentMod.
* Note v1 It will make several nearest ships stagger from time to time, but better them than you, don't you agree? v1.1 Now they no longer stagger but move smoothly like fishes swimming. Unlike v1 where their ship will not move if you are moving too close to them, ships now will move away when you are moving near them. Decreased jump frequency to once per 30s, much gentler on your wallet.
