This mod removes the Green Skin and Blue Skin perks from colonist generation so that new colonists will never roll these perks. Existing colonists with green or blue skin shouldn't be affected.

I made this mod for personal use because I prefer the look of the natural skin tones, and I got tired of seeing these perks showing up on otherwise useful colonists.
To install, extract NoGreenBlueSkin.xml into Starmancer\StarData\Mods.
