Just tested this out combined with Downfall Nemesis's Dream Home Overhaul, such an amazing combo.
Really love what you did with the variation of the Lodge's basement here. Being the type that loves underground type homes and shelters. That basement you've crafted really ticks the right boxes. Nice self sustained living space down there. Just about everything one could nee save maybe a quick escape to the landing pad haha. Seems like you crafted a really nice place for the characters in your two saves. I must ask as I'm curious if there is any lore/story behind it. The room that has 2 sort of person sized tube/pods in it. Is there a story or some lore from your game/characters for these?
Thank you for your kind words, The short answer is cloning tanks as a safeguard encase something happened to one of them :) the long answer, there is gonna be a big lore/story which will eventually be tied into some quests in my Colony Mod :D
Similar to what I was picturing in my head! Well sort of, I was imagining something along the lines of cryp stasis pods or such. Really love the concept you've created for 2 characters and fitting in together in a story and lore for this basement upgrade !
Sleeping on Venus for 24h (which is like 2400h UTC), resets all the first aid boxes in the basement. It also opens the fridge doors for some reason.
Also in the room with the vending machines, the cooler is reset, and so is the first box on the table that you see as soon as you go through the vault door.
The safes with credits are not reset, neither is the weapon crate or the secure crate in the crafting room.
I haven't tried any other containers though.

I still love this location and like a real panic living house. I just checked your images here and inside the weapon room this glass box has also no manequin inside for outfitting. So I can only open the door and close it, without placing outfits inside? It this correct? Is there a way to get the med beds working like inside the ship?
Look towards the vault door, from inside the room with the vending machines, to the left of it is a switch for closing the vault door, and also a decorator (above the bounty clearance terminal).
Use the decorator to put a manequin inside the glass box.
I keep having problems adding one to the mod, every time I do and save it and then go back into it with the CK I get duplicate form warnings and it changes dozens of items in the mod to other random things and I have to restore to an earlier file, if I can figure out what's causing this I will fix it....
as for the med beds, originally these had no markers i replaced them with the other type that do but it seems they are NPC use only, now i've figured out how to edit the ship habs, I'll have a look at the medbay ones and try to figure it out,
So something I noticed, I am using Darkstar Manufacturing and has edits to the Lodge Basement when i installed DS i had to redo yours as well the unfurnished one at the time, the door disappeared in the Dream Home i uninstalled and reinstalled the furnished one all good after that. I have also kept this above DS in the load order. I am now using the full furnished one. DS just updated and i have the full version of yours with the keycard still and i cannot use the key card. I just uninstalled and reinstalled yours and now the door in the main home is not there. I am using the full furnished one. Also of note if i fast travel from the basement to the Lodge i had one experience and everything glitched and spun and fell through map, had to do a reload right then and there. I have not tried that again.

i completely uninstalled did a hard save in the Dream Home went to Venus logged out, then installed again then flew to the Dream Home and went in all good. also of note the first time i went back to the Basement after installing DS there was another key on the box so i had two at the time.
Hello, Thank you for the information, I am sorry you experienced this, I think the issue might be that when I stole the layout for the lodge's basement the items I copied into my cell are on a layer that is the same layer as the lodge's items by default (A layer called Lodge basement)
(realistically this shouldn't affect anything as they are separate unlinked cells) but I think the biggest combability fix would be for me to move the structure of the basement onto it's own new layer in the CK, so that the layers active on the lodge basement and mine are separated,
EDIT: I've updated the mod file for the furnished basement, the new file now has the basement objects on their own layer to improve compatibility and stability, I will update the unfurnished version at some point
Is that what it was? I was having the lodge act stupid because I had Darkstar loading afterwards. Like parts of the floor were missing or the entire lodge cell would just disappear, and I would fall from the door. I thought it was some other mod not playing nice, I was racking my brain trying to figure out what was doing it. Now, I'm going to test it to see if this was the cause.
Hello I've added 2 new versions of the file, an updated Mainfile that now has a Decorator inside it, This version also fixes the issue you pointed out with the weights, (the whole zone is marked as owned by playerfaction but the individual items weren't, fixed now)
I've also added a second version on your request with the stands/shelves emptied for you to decorate it.
(I Mod for my own pleasure and decided to share these things encase even 1 person gets a use out of them, then it's great, but I appreciate the support and nice comments I've gotten so I was happy to do a cleaner version on request :) thank you for your interest)
It's not a true "Empty" version, no the chests that have objects in them currently remain, if people want a true empty version I could clear the cell entirely. you are also free to edit the space in the creation kit however you want to truly customise it for yourself :)

I always keep the Dream Home trait and this frees up so much more potential upstairs. I usually dedicate the small room for crafting and such and the sunken living area a display/armory type situation. Now I can do much more there.
exactly right? I plan to use the small room to make 2 different files/versions, one where I turn it into a study/office and one where I make it a child's room. and then have 2 plugin versions i can swap depending on my preference for that save, (or if I can learn to do fancy things in the ck have a button with an option to spawn the specific set in like you could do in skyrim with hearthfire houses)
With the first version I got a bit of trouble, the door started to slide but not open. The new file did the trick. I never would like my upstairs home as the basement is so wonderful. Mabye a bit better shower and not besides the washing machines.. Maybe something to work with the computer. The onyl bad thing the decorator is offline and so not able to add own pieces of clean up things if they fall out of the furniture.
With the normal move with E, you can pick up and place things without getting more chaos. The build mode would work better. Placed things could be locked not be moved if the decorator is on. Building the stairs and the home all in one would be even more awesome and physical correct from the sizes but for now, this is incredible even if you can see the Lodge Base Room Design.

not sure about the door bug, sorry to hear you experienced that, the computer is a base terminal at present, I have planned longer term to add entries to it etc, unfortunately the "default terminals" aren't like they are in fallout where at least you can use them to slot tapes and get use out of a generic one, but yes unfortunately it's a blank interact point at present.
I'd love to figure out how to add a decorator to the cell, it's technically not part of the dreamhome even though i've joined it on as it's a separate cell, there was a process to getting cells working as workshops in FO4 so I assume it's similar but if someone can point me towards a tutorial for doing it, I'd love to add this, :)
obviously this new CK is new and it will take me awhile to figure things out :) I'm on the lookout for learning resources, if anyone wants to point me into the right place :D

The mission boards do not have any missions.
