Adds all possible mission boards to the Miscellaneous category in the outpost & ship building menus. Includes new Tracker's Alliance board and Trade Authority Kiosk.
A user pointed out in a bug post that sometimes missions won't show up on the boards you place until you've completed all of the missions
on that faction's vanilla board and they reset.
You also won't be able to build boards without first having access to them. For example, you won't be able to build the Tracker's Alliance board until you finish the initial quest and gain access to mission board missions.
