Ups the money sent to Mom and Dad to 10%, and a max of 5000. Optional flat rate of 5000. Because New Atlantis is expensive.

The default weekly credits sent to Mom and Dad is 2% of your credits, up to 500.
This file ups it to 10% of your credits, up to 5000.
Alternate file that sets it at a flat 5000 credits period, not a percentage. If you don't have the full amount, it'll just send what you do have. (And I guess your parents scrape together the difference... after they worked so hard to give you a good upbringing...)
