Just replace the esm with mine or use a mod manager (mo2/vortex)

Here are the stats changed:
Snowtrooper armor: 5000 value, 10 weight, 70 armor, 30 EM, 25 energy / Thermal and hazard resistance (armor mod) rank 3
Snowtrooper Helmet: 3000 value, 5 weight, 40 armor, 30 em, 20 energy / thermal resistance rank 3
Snowtrooper heavy armor: 7000 value, 15 weight, 80 armor, 45 EM, 30energy /Thermal and hazard resistance (rank 4)
Snowtrooper Heavy helmet: 4000 value, 6 weight, 50 armor, 40 EM, 40 Energy / thermal resistance
Snowtrooper Backpack: 2000 value, 5 weight, 50,armor, 45 em, 40 energy / Thermal resistance and pouches.
