What does this file do?
Tweaks numerous gameplay features to make them more logical, more useful, or just less annoying in general.

- Modifies the docking distance to 750 meters

- Modifies the looting distance to 1500 meters

- Modifies the chance for NPC armour to drop to 100%, instead of the vanilla 10%. Provides a good way to get credits without having to farm ships or sell valuable crafting materials. -- NB: If using a mod like "Shades Immersive Looting", let it overwrite this mod as it changes the armour drop chance to 0 to make the stripping not duplicate items.

- Increases max amount of ownable ships to 100, up from 10 in vanilla.

- Decreases the registration cost of a ship from 84.1% (weird number, right?) to 5% of the cost of the modules.

- Modifies the HP gain of both enemies and the player to make bullet sponginess nearly a non-issue. Both still gain HP with levels, just not as much!

- Changes the amount of damage you need to do to an NPC to be 10% of their health to receive an XP reward, instead of the vanilla 25%. This will make companions and allies less likely to steal your kills, especially with more dangerous combat settings!

- Improves the chance of successful pickpocketing by raising the minimum chance to 10% and the maximum chance to 99%. That last percent allows for an immersion-friendly "luck" factor. Even sleeping people still feel touch.

NEW!!! - Expands the ship builder to allow ships as large as your imagination will allow. Especially useful if you have ship builder expansion mods such as DerreTech! This module is now seperate from the main file.
