Swaps the Memento Mori and Street Sweeper unique weapons to restore the original intention for the Street Sweeper's skin.

Memento Mori Sysdef Restored
While I was working on Craftable Weapon Skins a while back, I made the discovery that the skin used for the Street Sweeper was originally intended to be associated with Lieutenant Toft and presumably the Burden of Proof quest, which explains why the colours used for it match the UC/SysDef rather than the anyone associated with the questline it normally comes from.
So, I decided to make a mod that swaps the weapons used for the Memento Mori and Street Sweeper to give that skin back to Lieutenant Toft. The Memento Mori is now a Kraken, and the Street Sweeper is now a Sidestar. They still have their original legendary effects, as there's no way to change that right now, but in the future I will change it to swap the legendary effects as well (and potentially adjust the pre-installed mods too).
This mod won't apply to any existing where you've already completed the quests and obtained the weapons, it will only apply once you acquire the weapon for the first time.
There's also a couple of compatibility patches in this for Craftable Weapon Skins, to make the name and quest requirement line up with the changes in this.
