This is a Save file with No Mods Or Perks assigned, right before entering the Unity. for Starfield V1.11.36.0,
This will allow you to start a fresh NG+ Save immediately without the hassle of going through the main quest once.

This will allow you to start a fresh NG+ Save immediately without the hassle of going through the main quest once.
all you have to do is sit in the captain's seat and you'll enter the Unity
No perks have been assigned except for Boost Packs LVL 1 and Security LVL 1
The base origin I chose was [File Not Found] and I sided with The Hunter
I did have the Pre-order and Premium content Enabled so you may get a warning about not having it if you don't have it
just ignore it and it should be fine.
Just place the file in:
C:\Users\YOUR-NAME\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Saves
an your good to go
I have completed as little quests as possible.
if for some reason you wish to not enter the Unity then just deconstruct the Armillary
