This mod fixes a clear bug with the UC Urbanwar space suit in which is its defense value are clearly far too low
Specificially:
Phys: 64 -> 145
Engy: 68 -> 111
Engy: 72 -> 128
How do you know this is a bug?
Various signs point to this armor being underspecced
1) The armors value. It is valued at 21395 creds which is incredibly high and significantly higher than similarly specced suits and even better suits
2) The helmet and boost pack are both specced properly. Both the helmet* and the boost pack** have a total defense of 192 matching the Mercenary boost pack and helmet with a different defense distribution
Because of this, I believe its current stats are a bug or oversight

Where did you get these new values?
As mentioned before, the helmet and boost pack from the set have a similar total defense to the mercenary set. In fact, the distribution comparing the two to their mercenary counterparts are exactly the same. It must follow then that the spacesuit should have the same total defense as the mercenary suit, but the with distribution percentages of the pack and helmet.
How to install
Mod Manager (Recommended):
1) Click the "Install with mod manager" button
2) Install the dependencies that come up (SFSE, Plugins.txt Enabler)
3) Done
Manual (Not Recommended):
1) Unzip the file
2) Put the esm file in "Your Starfield Directory"/Data
3) Modify you StarfieldCustom.ini:

sTestFile1=UCUrbanwarFixed.esm
4) Save and run
