Creates recipes on a new workbench for the items added in Purge Outfit by zone79

This is a replacer esm for Purge Outfit (you will still need to download the original mod for the assets) creating recipes for the added items.
Uses the new function of New Workbenches Essential Framework to create recipes for the items to NWEF's added Workbenches.
For non-users of NWEF the recipes will appear on the workbench.
If zone79 wants to take the esm and use it for future updates I'm fine with that.
Installation:
Assuming you have already installed both other mods, just replace the esm provided by Purge Outfit with the one provided by this mod.
Be sure to load NWEF before the new esm.
