Just a simple mod that restores a cut dialogue line when you first meet Rafael. I've also created a script that will remove a food item and set the appropriate stage of the quest since this was not completed before the line was cut.
If you do not have any food in your inventory the line will still be available to say, but Rafael will respond differently since you are not able to give him any food.
