Made the Keeper glow blue when using Sense Star Stuff.
Keeper Aquilis is missing the Keyword ActorTypeStarborn. If you use Sense Star Stuff around him he glows the same as regular humans. This fixes him so he glows blue like the Hunter. Should not effect anything else unless you have another mod that edits the keeper.
