Restore vanilla challenge requirements to Lively's Enhanced Skills

Lively's Enhanced Skills is a fantastic mod that just makes more sense to me than Starfield vanilla behavior, but I also feel more connected to my character when I have to work hard for something. This mod only restores the vanilla challenge requirements to Lively's updated perks.
It didn't really make sense as Some Random Patch but you can find a couple other Lively's patches there if you want (Loop Stabilization - Grav Drive Cooldown and SSEO - Settled Systems Economy Overhaul)
As an example: With Fitness 1, you need to max out your stamina usage 20 times in vanilla, Lively's lowers this requirement to 5. This mod only reverts those challenge requirement back to the vanilla levels while retaining all other changes.
There's seriously nothing else I can add to this description, you already know if you want it or you don't.
