An edited material file to make the orange utility cart red.

I didn't like the peachy orange utility cart, so I made it red.
Install with a mod manager.
Install path if you want to install manually for whatever reason: Starfield\Data\Materials\SetDressing\UtilityCarts\UtilityCarts_PlaintScratched01_Orange.mat
The file path looks pretty unique, so I doubt anything other than UtilityCart04A and UtilityCart04B will be affected, but I haven't checked everything.
