A bunch of Sound Effects in the game have tinnitus inducing frequencies in the 15khz range for some reason, this mod adds a low pass filter to them at 10khz.
While playing my ears would occasionally ring and I managed to pin it down to the scanner sound effect. After finding no mod to fix it yet, I made my own.
