Gives PC users the control that every other FPS I can think of has. Why was this not in the Vanilla game? Requires AutoHotKey. Might need to edit it to your tastes/favorites bar. Scroll the wheel and change your weapons!

Version 1.0
Release
tl;dr : I modded a fo4 mod. Mousewheel worked for the switching but the number keys didn't effect the scroll order so I added that functionality.
First off big thank you to Mikemc. I had so many problems finding an answer until I stumbled acrossed his AutoKeyScript for Fallout 4. The only thing that bothered me was if I pressed 1 it didn't effect the switching.
Scroll the wheel and land on weapon 5. When you scroll the mousewheel down it will go to 4 (The script knows you pressed 5 to bring up your item in the 5th slot). If you went up it would go to 6.
Keys 1-9 are synced with the mouse wheel.
This will feel very similar to playing the Original Quake or Quake II. Binding the scroll wheels to weapprev and weapnext. But starfield cant have a QoL feature from a game that was made in 1996/1997
ANYWAYS. Enjoy! .
Install AutoKey and double click Weap_swap.ahk and start up Starfield and you are good to go.
