Just change the hair colour silder in the char creator. In game hair numbers effected as follows:
No Requirements -Manual or Vortex (If working), however I don't personally use vortex for texture mods. Correct file structure drop to your games folder. (my docs/my games/starfield-Overwrite)
Will Add a thicker rainbow blend in near future. (classic rainbow)
