Surface PoIs no longer appear on the map and scanner as soon as you land on a planet, you now have to find them yourself and visit the location before the marker appears. Inspired by Explorer's Chronomark, but takes a different approach of editing MapMarkerMaxCompassDistanceMult on the map marker objects rather than changing any UI files. This method means that you can't choose to have them visible on the map and only hidden from the scanner, but it'll be compatible with all UI mods and just about anything that isn't also editing map marker objects. Map markers that start the game discovered or are visible from the system map should be unaffected, but I haven't tested them thoroughly yet so let me know if you find anything weird.
