Installation:
Step 1:
Download this file: https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/273 and put it in Documents\My Games\Starfield. (If you already have a StarfieldCustom.ini, transfer whatever in your file to the new one and use the new one. For some reason, the textures do not work otherwise).
Step 2:
Add these lines in the StarfieldCustom.ini:
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
(Again, if you already have an existing StarfieldCustom.ini, replace it by the one from Step 1).
Step 3:
Add this mod's files also in here: Documents\my games\Starfield
Done! Should work right now.
