Though this mod still works, I've uploaded another one that doesn't require CCR.
Salty's Registration Fix
Sets ship registration fee to 20% instead of the ~80% it is by default.
Just a simple little CCR plugin that runs a console command.
Since it is a CCR plugin, it only works with Steam.
You can easily modify the % to your liking by editing the .toml file.
Be advised: unless you are using an achievement enabler this will probably disable achievements.
Install using Vortex or MO2. You must have SFSE and Console Command Runner (CCR) installed.
