Optimized shadows to increase performance. Small visual difference.

I tried many performance mods but all of them doesn't seem to work that well on my medium budget rig.
I wanted to reach 60 fps almost everywhere I go, while keeping the game graphics in a decent state.
So I found out that actually shadows where the most problematic to my fps in this game.
I use this settings with dlss mod for myself and it's around 15-25 fps boost with minimal graphic downgrade.
You can even add optimized textures on top like this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/585?tab=description to help with stutter. Try it out.
Installation:
1. Backup your original or modded .ini config (Starfield main folder)
2. Replace .ini config with the one from this archive
3. Switch Graphic settings to apply the changes
Clearly not compatible with any mod that replaces Low.ini or Medium.ini.
