This BAT file mod will allow you to ReSpec your Skills at any point in your game. Just follow the instructions and you're good to go.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Download and extract the ReSpec BAT file into your Starfield game directory.
Take note of your current level.
In-game, open your console and enter the console command: bat ReSpec
This will remove all your skills, and the final command in the file will add the 3 skill points used for your player background
That final command can be seen in your console after the bat file runs. It is CGF "Game.AddPerkPoints" 3
Next, use this same command as follows: CGF "Game.AddPerkPoints" XX
Replacing the XX part with your current level. This will give you all the skill points you've earned, to be used how you wish.
The screenshots provide a visual of how it's done.
NOTE: Any skill challenges you unlocked before ReSpec will remain unlocked after ReSpec
Skill Tiers will still require the same number of skill points to unlock again after ReSpec, so you won't, for instance, be able to go directly to Concealment without spending 12 skill points in the tree to unlock it again.
This mod does not alter the Tier Unlock Requirements or the Skill Challenges, for that you can take a look at my mod: Better Skill Unlocks And Challenges
