Get texture files from Starfield BSA's
Downscale texture files by 4 (over 128), using Octogon.

Using Octagon, Starfield's largest textures (about 22,730) have been reduced in size by a factor of four (meaning 1/16th the file size).
So I got a Steam Deck specifically with Starfield in mind. And while it is certainly 'playable', the graphics are made a bit muddy looking by FSR, which lowers the screen resolution and then uses AI to fill in the blanks.
Since we Deck users weren't getting the full graphics anyway, and I've been making Skyrim texture mods, I might as well do the same for Starfield.
Instead of downscaling everything (and loading tens of thousands of loose files) this mod prioritizes the biggest textures for maximum FPS gain.
